As this continues to progress we want to ensure partner agencies are aware of the upcoming changes we will face and some of the changes you may notice when the system is in place.
- Changes to the format of documentation you may receive
- SOS using signs of well-being (children in need) and signs of success (children in care)
In addition to updates which are being sent direct to workers who will be using the new system, we wanted to share with you all some key updates and dates for your diaries.
All staff who access Liquid Logic and Early Help Module should have received an email from the council’s DIPS advising them to complete e-learning by Wednesday 26 February 2020. It is essential that this is completed within this timescale otherwise you won’t be able to access the classroom based training.
If you have not received an email from DIPs with this information please check your junk email. If this is not successful then you will need to email email@example.com
All staff who currently access liquid logic and Early Help Module need to complete the e-learning this is not optional.
Training for all staff who will be using the system will take place from Monday 2 March to Wednesday 8th of April. If you have read only access you will be sent a Me Learning Link to complete .
If you are a Lead Practitioner you need to complete Me Learning first followed by classroom learning.
We will be monitoring staff attendance to ensure the workforce is prepared for the launch of Mosaic. If you do not receive an email but think you should have one please contact DIPS by emailing DIPS@doncaster.gov.uk
