About Us

Doncaster Safeguarding Children Partnership is a statutory body consisting of senior representatives of all partner agencies and organisations working together to safeguard children and young people in Doncaster.

The Children Act 2004 required each local authority to establish a Local Safeguarding Children Board (LSCB). Following changes made by the Children and Social Work Act 2017, Doncaster’s LSCB has now become
Doncaster Safeguarding Children Partnership (DSCP).

There is further information about the purpose and structure of Doncaster Safeguarding Children Partnership on this page.
